* WITH THE COVID-19 SITUATION, WE WILL BE SHIPPING OUR ARTYBOX POUR BOXES OR PROVIDING POUR PASSES TO AFFECTED PAINTERS 

 Our no-refund policy remains in effect.


We require a minimum of 7 DAYS NOTICE before the event date in order to reschedule tickets to another event.

In the event where a ticket purchaser cannot attend an event, we may attempt to fill the seats if there is a waiting list for the event.We make no guarantee that the seats will be filled and it will be the ticket purchasers responsibility to fill them or make other arrangements to attend.

If we are able to fill the seats, the ticket purchaser will receive a reschedule code to register for any upcoming events.

 

* All cases are unique. Please contact us if you are unable to attend an event in the case of an emergency.

* Only one reschedule may be offered

A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to book your event and secure your date in the system. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.


PRIVATE PAINT PARTIES & PRIVATE POUR PARTIES have a minimum of 8 painters. Parties out of our service area will be subject to different terms.

If your booked PRIVATE PAINT PARTY falls below the painter minimum, you may continue to hold the event at a flat rate. Please contact us or visit the events page for pricing.
