 Non-Refundable Registrations 

We kindly ask you to understand that once you register for one of our live workshops, your registration becomes non-refundable. This policy enables us to secure and maintain these exceptional venues for your enjoyment. However, we believe in flexibility and want to provide you with options.

While registrations are non-refundable, we offer you the opportunity to fully transfer your registration to another painter. Life happens, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, it is your responsibility to find a replacement painter who can attend the event on your behalf. By transferring your registration, you ensure that someone else can experience the joy of our workshops while not letting your spot go to waste.

We understand that organizing events comes with its challenges, and sometimes registrations may not meet the minimum requirements needed to run a workshop successfully. Due to this, there might be instances when we have to cancel an event due to low registrations. We truly value your trust and the quality of our workshops, which is why we make every effort to maintain the standard of our events.

🕒 Short Notice and Last-Minute Registrations 🕒

Given the nature of our events business, there might be situations where events receive last-minute registrations. While we strive to provide ample notice for any changes, there could be instances where we have to make a decision on event viability closer to the event date.

💼 Impact on Ellie's Travel and Workshop Viability 💼

Ellie, our dedicated workshop facilitator, often travels long distances, sometimes up to 1.5 hours, to conduct workshops at various locations. We always aim to strike a balance between offering workshops in different areas and ensuring that the number of registrants justifies the event's viability. Unfortunately, if registrations fall too low, it becomes financially challenging for us to conduct the workshop while upholding our standards.

🔁 Refund in Case of Cancellation 🔁

In the event that we have to cancel a workshop due to low registrations or unexpected large group withdrawals (such as emergencies), we want to assure you that your investment is protected. We will provide full refunds to all registered participants, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.

- A $100 booking deposit is required to book your event and secure your date in the system. This deposit is taken off the total cost of the party.

- HOME PAINT NIGHTS/PRIVATE PAINT EVENTS have a minimum of 8 painters.

If your booked HOME PAINT NIGHT falls below the 8 painter minimum, the minimum party rate will be charged.


Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the date of the event to receive the $100 booking deposit back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or there are defects with a product, please start a claim by sending proof of damaged or defective products to If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
