WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE DOESN'T ALWAYS GO ACCORDING TO PLAN.

That is why we offer to reschedule your event in case of an emergency with a minimum of 7 days notice. If you cannot attend an event you purchased tickets for, simply contact us within 7 days of the event start date and we will make arrangements to reschedule your ticket(s).

A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to book your event and secure your date in the system. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.


PRIVATE PAINT PARTIES & PRIVATE POUR PARTIES have a minimum of 8 painters. Parties out of our service area will be subject to different terms.

If your booked PRIVATE PAINT PARTY falls below the painter minimum, you may continue to hold the event at a flat rate. Please contact us or visit the events page for pricing.
