Our company's ability to run live workshops at such great locations relies fully on filling seats at each workshop. Please understand our policy fully before registering.
Registrations for our live workshops are non-refundable. They are, however, fully transferable to another painter. In the case of a registrant unable to attend an event they signed up for, it is their full responsibility to transfer their seats to another painter for the original event.
IN THE CASE OF AN EVENT BEING SOLD OUT WITH A WAITING LIST, we will attempt to fill the registered seat(s) with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the registrants' event they signed up for. We make no guarantee that we will be able to fill these seats.
In the case that we can fill a registrant's seat(s) with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the event, we will offer (1) reschedule to a new date.
Emergencies happen and all situations are unique. If you cannot attend in the event of an emergency please contact us by email, phone, or TEXT.

HOME PAINT PARTIES | KIDS PAINT PARTIES
- A $100 booking deposit is required to book your event and secure your date in the system. This deposit is taken off the total cost of the party.
- HOME PAINT NIGHTS/PRIVATE PAINT EVENTS have a minimum of 8 painters.
If your booked HOME PAINT NIGHT falls below the 8 painter minimum, the minimum party rate will be charged.
PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the date of the event to receive the $100 booking deposit back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or there are defects with a product, please start a claim by sending proof of damaged or defective products to email@example.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
